Job summary

Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment in Glasgow is seeking a senior P2P transformation lead to own the global P2P model and drive end-to-end redesign across regions. The role emphasises governance, standardisation and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable finance transformation initiatives.

The candidate will work in a hybrid Glasgow setup, coordinating with Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to implement future-state processes and architectures in a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading P2P transformation or global process redesign in international organisations.
• Knowledge of P2P controls and compliance.
• Hands-on ERP-led change programmes (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global P2P target operating model and future-state process design.
• Lead end-to-end process transformation, standardisation and automation.
• Drive adoption of global process standards across regions and shared services.
• Act as global process owner for ERP upgrades, implementations and system enhancements.
• Embed governance, controls and metrics within the P2P process.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align transformation with business strategy.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead change to resolution across functions.
• Support major finance transformation programmes and change management.
