Job summary

Inchcape plc is seeking a Global Process Owner (Procure to Pay) to shape and drive the company's global PTP strategy. Based at the Inchcape Group HQ, you will design, standardise and govern end-to-end PTP processes across the organisation, collaborating with Global Business Services, IT and senior stakeholders to deliver value.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement, and ensure processes are efficient, scalable and aligned to

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading end-to-end Procure to Pay in a large multinational.
• Deep understanding of PTP operations, governance and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale process transformation and technology-enabled change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global Procure to Pay process strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the design, standardisation and continuous improvement of end-to-end PTP processes across regions.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and value creation.
• Partner with Global Business Services, Finance, IT and business leaders to deliver process transformation initiatives and technology-enabled solutions.
• Ensure robust governance, compliance and risk management frameworks are embedded across the PTP process landscape.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while championing innovation and change management across the organisation.
