Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Global Process Owner (Procure to Pay) to shape and drive our worldwide PTP strategy from our London HQ. You’ll design end-to-end processes, drive standardisation across regions and partner with Global Business Services, Finance and IT to deliver value.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, define KPIs and governance, and champion change management and technology-enabled transformation to improve efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading end-to-end Procure to Pay in a large multinational.
• Strong governance, risk management and process design skills.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global Procure to Pay strategy across regions.
• Lead design, standardisation and continuous improvement of PTP processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics.
• Partner with Global Business Services, Finance and IT on transformation initiatives.
• Ensure governance and risk management frameworks are embedded.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on change and value.
