Zenobē is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Network Engineer to secure and scale OT networks across its Battery Energy Storage portfolio. You will act as the design authority, shaping the end-to-end network architecture and governance, and work with internal teams and MSPs to ensure secure, compliant delivery.

The role requires experience in industrial networks, global WAN design, and leadership to guide strategic network transformation.

Qualifications

• OT / CNI experience: proven design and security for industrial/energy environments.
• Technical documentation: producing high-quality docs for internal/external audiences.
• Network change and transformation projects improving resilience, security, compliance.
• Global architecture: experience with complex WANs across regions.
• Expert-level technical acumen across LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/security.
• Team leadership: coaching and mentoring technical staff.
• Governance & strategy: establish governance and communicate strategy.
• Commercial & partner management: run RFPs, manage vendor MSP performance.

Responsabilités

• Act as design authority for the OT network.
• Prepare design specifications for large-scale BESS projects and define procurement scope.
• Support BESS project delivery ensuring OT solutions meet requirements.
• Lead transition from project-based designs to a repeatable global network model.
• Develop end-to-end technical transformation roadmap for network architecture.
• Define and improve governance framework for all network designs.
• Oversee external MSPs, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Architect IT/OT segmentation and security controls for CNI compliance.
• Escalate complex network issues to resolution.
• Translate complex network concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
