Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Network Manager for OT BESS and renewable energy operations in London, with Hybrid work options. You will own OT network services across multiple sites, ensuring secure connectivity and resilience while coordinating with external providers and internal teams.

You will lead on network segmentation, boundary protection and regulatory compliance, applying IEC 62443 principles and supporting audit readiness in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in network engineering OT networking in live operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and secure remote access.
• Experience with OT environments, network segmentation and industrial cyber security.
• Experience managing third-party providers, service performance and change management.
• Good knowledge of IEC 62443 and understanding of NIS/NIS2-style cyber security and resilience requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own OT network availability, resilience and secure operations across power generation sites and the control centre.
• Manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, routing, VPNs and secure remote access.
• Lead OT / IT network segmentation and boundary protection, applying industrial security principles aligned with IEC 62443.
• Manage third-party network and connectivity providers, overseeing service performance, incidents, escalations and changes.
• Support security monitoring, logging, incident response and remediation with internal teams and external security providers.
• Ensure network controls support applicable NIS obligations, risk management, supply-chain assurance and audit readiness.
• Maintain network standards, configurations, diagrams, asset records and recovery documentation.
• Visiting operational sites as required for deployments, investigations, audits and stakeholder engagement.
