MARCH seeks a Lead OT Network Engineer to join our Engineering & Automation team in Reading, Berkshire. You will lead design, testing and commissioning of complex OT network solutions for diverse industrial sectors, ensuring secure IT/OT architectures and robust operations.

Responsibilities include owning Layer 2/3 networks, governance, and collaboration with OT cybersecurity teams. The role requires strong networking, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with UK driving licence and

Formación

• Experience in Systems Integration, Industrial Networking, or Automation.
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar.
• Professional registration (IET or equivalent) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead detailed Layer 2 and Layer 3 network designs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical governance and establish network design standards and templates.
• Lead cybersecurity configuration and implementation of network devices (switches and firewalls).
• Coordinate with project teams to deliver network architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Support sales by defining networking scopes and cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct network surveys, health checks and tests within customer environments.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation.
