Job summary

RS Group is seeking an Organisation Design Lead to design and deliver the future-state organisational model required to realise benefits from global process harmonisation enabled by SAP S/4HANA deployment.

The role involves translating standardised end-to-end business processes into effective structures, roles, governance, and ways of working across a hybrid London/Manchester/Corby setup.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operating model design and process-led organisation design.
• Proven track record in business transformation within global/shared services or matrix organisations.
• Experience supporting ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to translate business process changes into organisational structures and roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organisational structures, roles, costs and ways of working.
• Analyse alignment of processes, roles and decision-making with current state.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and support transformation goals.
• Lead future organisational design to align with new processes and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Define future roles, reporting lines and governance frameworks.
• Develop global design standards while considering local market needs.
