Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an SAP Service Management consultant to drive transformation within an ongoing S/4HANA program in London. You will lead service transformation workstreams, design integrated service solutions, and own key service integration points across SAP modules and customer engagement platforms.

The role requires deep SAP Service Management experience, strong workshop facilitation, and collaboration with Finance, Operations and Customer Experience teams on modernising service

Qualifications

• 10 years experience delivering to SAP programmes within the manufacturing industry.
• 6 years experience working with SAP CS.
• Three years working with SAP Service Management solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service transformation workstreams across complex SAP S/4HANA programmes, partnering with Service, Operations, Customer Experience, Commercial and Finance leaders to modernise service operations and improve customer outcomes.
• Design integrated service solutions across service request management, service orders, installed base, equipment, service contracts, warranty management, repairs, returns, spare parts, field service, service confirmation and service billing, aligned to SAP best practice and clean-core architecture principles.
• Own the design of key service integration points across SAP S/4HANA Service, SD, MM, EWM/WM, Finance, Asset Management/PM, Field Service and customer engagement platforms, including spare parts fulfilment, returns, repair logistics, warranty claims, service billing, revenue postings and customer communications.
• Facilitate business design workshops, translating service strategies into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead service master data design activities, working closely with business data owners and the Data stream to define data ownership, standards, cleansing rules, enrichment requirements and validation approach across customer service, installed base, warranty, contract and field service processes.

On behalf of a client with offices in London, we are currently looking for an SAP Service Management consultant to join an ongoing Bluefield S/4HANA program currently in the early stages of the implementation.

Key responsibilities:-

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service transformation workstreams across complex SAP S/4HANA programmes, partnering with Service, Operations, Customer Experience, Commercial and Finance leaders to modernise service operations and improve customer outcomes.
