Job summary

RS Group is seeking an Organisation Design Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid role with options to work from London, Manchester or Corby offices and remote work.

You will design future-state organisational models to realise benefits from SAP S/4HANA and harmonise global processes. You will partner with Process teams, Change and Communications, and senior leaders to translate processes into structures, roles and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR, organisational development, or related field.
• Certification in Organisation Design, Change Management or related area is a plus.
• Significant experience in operating model design within global or multi-country organisations.
• Experience supporting ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisational analysis, planning and design aligned to SAP S/4HANA deployment.
• Lead the design of future organisational structures, roles, reporting lines and governance.
• Collaborate with programme leads, PMO and senior stakeholders to integrate design into transformation plans.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities across programmes and drive cost/benefit analyses.
• Facilitate workshops and present design proposals to governance forums.
