Job summary

ONYX Insight is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end hardware and spare parts shipments across APAC and globally. You will coordinate bookings, documentation, tracking, and ensure timely, compliant delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping or international supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of global shipping procedures, customs regulations and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export processes.
• Experience using logistics or ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic freight bookings, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure shipments comply with customs regulations and trade laws (Incoterms, HS codes).
• Prepare and maintain shipping records, including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Work with internal teams and external logistics providers to align shipping priorities.
• Monitor equipment movement and maintain visibility of items in transit.
• Support export control, insurance coverage, and proactive resolution of shipping issues.
