Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Inventory Co-Ordinator to maintain accuracy and integrity of global inventory across multiple warehouse locations. The role combines inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will act as the central contact for inventory issues, supporting global warehouse teams, conducting cycle counts and audits, and producing regular reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inventory support tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Process stock reclassifications accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory health checks and data accuracy reviews.
• Act as the key contact for cycle count compliance and issue resolution.
• Conduct quarterly inventory audits across global warehouse locations.
• Lead audit review and closeout meetings with warehouse teams.
• Attend daily operational meetings with global warehouse teams.
• Analyse inventory and ticketing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Produce and distribute weekly inventory reports.
• Support the development and enhancement of inventory dashboards in partnership with the BI team.
• Maintain and update inventory SOPs.

About The Role

The Inventory Co-Ordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of global inventory operations across multiple warehouse locations. This role combines inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis, audit activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for inventory-related issues, supporting global warehouse teams, ensuring cycle count compliance, investigating discrepancies, and producing regular reporting and audit findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inventory support tickets within agreed SLAs.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience using an ERP system.
• Proven experience in inventory management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience using Sage X3.
• Experience using Datalinx.
