Job summary

Outpost is hiring for an Operations role focused on Payments, infrastructure, and merchant onboarding. You will work directly with the CEO across GTM, pricing, treasury, product, and partnerships, solving high-impact problems with hands-on execution.

You will own PSP relationships, optimize auth rates, handle chargebacks, and build market-ready payment rails. This is a founder-minded role requiring ambition, resilience, and a willingness to work across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in PSPs, acquirers, or payment-adjacent fintechs.
• Operations role experience, not purely product or commercial.
• Experience with auth optimization, PSP management, chargebacks, or payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Unblock bottlenecks across GTM, ops, finance, product, and onboarding.
• Own high-stakes, ambiguous problems and systematise
• Collaborate with product to shape roadmap from the field.
• Create playbooks and processes to scale the business.
• Talk to customers/partners and advance deals.
• Help launch new markets, products, or payment rails.
• Negotiate PSP pricing and manage performance.
