You will train teams, validate new tools, and ensure governance and quality monitoring to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will support CRM and portal enhancements, monitor data accuracy, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education is required.
• Solid knowledge of a CRM system such as Salesforce or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills to analyse data and KPIs for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Test, validate, and roll out new tools and processes across global regions.
• Train regional teams on tools, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate with IT and regional teams to communicate changes and ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to global standards.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Provide first-level support for tools and processes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Support CRM and customer portal improvements to meet business requirements.
