You will coach teams, implement productivity tools (including AI and automation), and ensure measurable gains with KPI-backed reporting, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading global transformation efforts.
• Experience applying Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3).
• Ability to influence diverse teams across regions.
• Understand bridging technical ops and commercial sales strategy.
• Comfort with data-driven KPI tracking and reporting.
