Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Operations Support Specialist to join the global Customer Support Operations team. You will standardize processes, analyze KPIs, and support tool rollouts across regions, ensuring training and governance for consistent ways of working.

You will coordinate with IT, monitor data quality, and provide first-level support for tools and workflows while driving customer satisfaction and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence teams at all levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Test, validate, and support the rollout of new tools and processes across global regions.
• Train regional teams on tools, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent ways of working.
• Coordinate with IT and regional teams to communicate changes and ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Monitor data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to global standards.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Provide first-level support for tools and processes, troubleshoot issues, and elevate complex cases when necessary.
• Support CRM and customer portal improvements, ensuring tools and workflows meet business requirements.
