This role will maintain team cadence, drive standard work, and build cross-functional relationships to deploy the GE Vernova Operating Method. The role emphasizes kaizen facilitation, project management, and operational excellence reporting, with travel up to 20-30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of lean, project management, quality, and KPI management experience.
• Strong operations background: manufacturing, logistics, materials, fulfillment, etc.
• Prior leadership or influencing role.
• Strong business acumen with cross-functional experience.
• Clear, concise communicator across all levels, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating cadences and drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting rhythms with agenda design and follow-up.
• Track and report KPIs; develop action plans to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize shared processes for consistency and scalability.
• Act as a change agent; plan and support adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors; ensure readiness and engagement.
