Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Graduate Operations professional to own day-to-day BAU processes within our growing business in Greater London. You will help build policies and controls, support audits, and work with our security and HR teams to manage access and onboarding.

• Graduate candidate with strong motivation to take on new challenges.
• Ability to deliver multiple workstreams under pressure while staying detail-focused.
• Desire to learn about financial technology and capital markets.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and adopting new workplace tech.
• Proactive approach to workload management and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day BAU processes and functions within business operations
• Build and maintain policies, procedures and controls required to run and scale the business effectively
• Support external audit engagements and certification processes
• Work with the internal security team to control access to company resources
• Support customer onboarding and due diligence processes
• Manage procurement for future employees, liaising with HR, hiring managers and Internal IT Support
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes with HR
• Build foundations to scale the business across geographical locations and market verticals
• Contribute to KPIs and metrics for the operations department
• Work with the wider FINBOURNE team to execute business strategy
• Drive operational aspects of international expansion to the US and APAC and expansion of distribution channels
