Qualifications

• Onboard clients and manage relationships, including collecting personal and financial information and executing recommendations.
• Complete the CII Certificate in Financial Services within 6 months of joining (if not already).
• Demonstrates strong operational management with attention to regulatory requirements and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owning operational processes; ensuring excellent delivery and constantly looking to innovate and improve.
• Anticipating customer and business needs or risks.
• Untangling complex operational problems and developing practical solutions.
• Driving the team to consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Onboarding new clients and managing relationships, including collecting personal and financial information, talking to clients and executing recommendations.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for questions relating to operational processes.
• Potentially leading a team in the future.
• Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements.
• Acting as a culture ambassador and role model by engaging with colleagues and generating ideas for collaboration.
