Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large oncology trials from a fully remote location within the UK and select European countries. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive strategy, and own project-level KPIs while maintaining client engagement and financial health.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in clinical research with direct project management experience, plus strong ICH-GCP knowledge and superb communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience with 5+ years in project management, oncology focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs and change management.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a cross-functional, global setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manages all aspects of a clinical trial or portfolio of studies.
• Provide direction to project managers including planning, initiation, execution and closing.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and forecasting to support business objectives.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk mitigation.
• Lead client communications, proposals, and senior management updates.
