Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our UK team in a remote/home-based capacity. You will oversee monitoring activities for oncology trials, ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance at the site level, in a sponsor-dedicated model.

This role blends remote and on-site monitoring, with collaboration across sites, investigators and project teams. The candidate will leverage RECIST expertise to support study execution and maintain inspection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN required.
• Experience in clinical research monitoring, oncology trials, and RECIST knowledge.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with on-site and remote monitoring activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the local language and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protocol and GCP compliance across assigned sites.
• Evaluate site performance and develop corrective actions.
• Verify informed consent processes are appropriately conducted.
• Assess patient safety and data integrity at site level.
• Conduct monitoring activities remotely and on-site.
• Perform source data verification and CRF data integrity checks.
• Manage deviation reporting and data query resolution.
• Review investigational product accountability and related records.
• Document monitoring findings and maintain study documentation.
• Ensure trained staff perform study activities and maintain records.
• Track observations, action items and site progress in systems.
• Maintain site training, logs, and enrollment records for inspection readiness.
• Participate in investigator, sponsor and monitoring meetings.
