Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior / Project Manager focused on Oncology in Europe, delivering Phase I-IV studies across global teams. This remote role requires strong leadership of cross-functional groups, stakeholder management, and adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines.

You will own start-up through closeout, manage budgets, drive risk mitigation, and partner with clients to ensure high-quality trials that meet timelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related field; 5+ years in clinical pharma.
• Proven Oncology clinical project management experience.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; strong PM skills.
• Financial acumen; manage project budgets and timelines.
• ICH-GCP knowledge and regulatory awareness; English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Phase I-IV trials from start-up to closeout.
• Direct cross-functional teams, clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Manage budgets and ensure alignment with contracts and goals.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep studies on track.
