Job summary

Parexel is seeking Senior Clinical Research Associate I/II to support oncology trials remotely. You will monitor sites, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to achieve enrollment and compliance goals.

The role involves virtual and onsite monitoring across sites, site activation, and ongoing regulatory adherence, with travel as needed up to 75% within the study scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Nursing qualification required.
• Minimum of 5 years oncology clinical research experience.
• Experience as clinical monitor with virtual and onsite monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulations.
• Experience using CTMS and other trial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring activities for oncology sites per plan and regulatory requirements.
• Support site initiation, activation, and training activities.
• Drive site recruitment and enrollment support with investigator sites.
