Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Global Process Owner to lead finance transformation across a complex multinational organisation. You will own end-to-end O2C strategy, drive standardisation, governance and digital enablement.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Process and Systems, you will partner with global finance, technology and operations, build a network of process leads, and ensure controls and audit readiness while delivering scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance transformation and global process ownership.
• Experience in large-scale multinational or shared services environments.
• Strong governance, controls, and audit expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global strategy for end-to-end O2C processes.
• Drive standardisation, governance, controls, and operational excellence across regions.
• Lead large-scale Finance transformation and process optimisation initiatives.
• Enhance process performance through automation, analytics, and digital technologies.
• Oversee process-related system enhancements and reporting developments.
• Ensure robust governance, audit readiness, compliance, and risk management.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, and third-party providers.
• Influence and engage senior stakeholders across international business functions.
• Lead and develop a global network of Process Leads and SMEs.
