Talentedge is seeking a Global Process Owner for Order to Cash (O2C) to lead end-to-end process excellence across regions. The role reports to the Finance leadership and focuses on global standardisation, controls, and digital transformation within a large multinational environment.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in finance transformation, deep O2C expertise, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Global Process Owner or similar Finance transformation role.
• Deep end-to-end O2C knowledge in multinational environments.
• Proven ability to drive standardisation, governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global O2C strategy aligned to Finance transformation roadmap.
• Own global O2C standards, policies, controls, governance and continuous improvement.
• Drive regional standardisation while accommodating local requirements.
• Lead global O2C transformation initiatives across process, technology, data and operating model.
• Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation and analytics.
• Own the global O2C control framework, ensuring governance and risk management.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Technology, Operations and BPO to deliver improvements.
• Use KPIs to drive fact-based decision making and continuous improvement.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operations globally.
• Lead a global community of Process Leads and SMEs.

We’re working with a leading international organisation to appoint an experienced Global Process Owner – Order to Cash (O2C) to join its Finance leadership team and help shape the future of global Finance process excellence.

This is a high profile global leadership position, responsible for the design, governance, optimisation and performance of the end to end O2C process across multiple regions and business units.

You’ll play a key role in building a future ready O2C function, driving global standardisation, strengthening controls, enabling digital transformation and improving operational performance across people, process, systems and data.

As Global Process Owner, you will:

• Define and execute the global O2C strategy, aligned to the wider Finance transformation roadmap and operating model
• Own global O2C process standards, policies, controls, governance and continuous improvement
• Drive standardisation across regions while balancing legitimate local requirements
• Lead global O2C transformation and optimisation initiatives across process, technology, data and operating model
• Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation, analytics and digital enablement
• Own the global O2C control framework, ensuring effective governance, risk management and audit readiness
• Partner with Finance Systems, Technology, Operations and BPO providers to deliver technology enabled improvements
• Use process performance data and KPIs to drive fact based decision making and continuous improvement
• Influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operations globally
• Lead and develop a global community of Process Leads and Subject Matter Experts, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a senior Finance transformation professional who combines deep O2C expertise with strong process governance, stakeholder leadership and transformation experience.

You’ll ideally bring:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification
• Significant experience in a Global Process Owner, Finance Transformation, senior Finance or process governance role
• Deep understanding of end to end O2C within a multinational, Shared Services or Global Business Services environment
• Proven experience delivering large scale Finance transformation and process improvement programmes
• Strong knowledge of Finance controls, compliance, audit and risk management
• Experience working across complex, multi entity or geographically dispersed organisations
• Strong understanding of ERP, automation, workflow, reporting and digital Finance technologies
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience leading global teams, process communities or cross functional networks
• A track record of turning Finance strategy into practical and sustainable process improvements
• SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP transformation programmes
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
• BPO or outsourced Finance delivery models
• Global Finance operating model transformation
• Process standardisation across multiple countries or business units
