Chanel is seeking a Business Process Lead for Order-to-Cash (O2C) to define, implement, and manage O2C processes across global operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires blending technical D365 expertise with strong functional leadership to optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across regions and divisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in O2C, Finance Operations or Global Solution deployment roles, preferably with an ERP.
• Experience with ERP deployments and D365 is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide D365 technical leadership for O2C across global operations.
• Own global O2C process design, standards, controls, data requirements and performance expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across the O2C function.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Tech to align regional and global processes.
• Support governance by writing, reviewing, and signing off SOPs, and enabling regional deployements.
• Monitor KPIs and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
