Job summary

Chanel Inc. is implementing a global O2C transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to harmonize ERP across regions.

The Business Process Lead will own end-to-end O2C workflows, customer setup, orders, billing and collections while ensuring data integrity and standardized processes. You will lead cross-functional workshops with Regions and Divisions, drive continuous improvement, and enforce the Fix, Flex, Free framework to balance standardization with regional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years in O2C, Finance Operations or ERP deployment roles.
• Experience with D365 in Finance/Operations and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global O2C design, standards, controls, data requirements and performance expectations.
• Own customer setup, order management, invoicing, credit and collections globally.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across regions and divisions.
