Job summary

WTW seeks a senior executive to lead the enterprise Order-to-Cash end-to-end process, integrating GPO, Global Business Services, and AI-enabled transformation. You will define strategy, governance, and operating models to improve cash flow, customer experience, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will combine deep O2C expertise with enterprise transformation leadership, driving standardization, risk management, and automation where it adds value across regions and delivery organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Order-to-Cash, Bill-to-Cash, GBS, shared services, transformation, or process excellence in a global enterprise.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation with measurable impact on DSO, collections effectiveness, and cash conversion.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytics in Order-to-Cash operations.
• Experience working in multinational and complex matrixed organizations, including shared service environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Order-to-Cash process architecture, strategy, governance framework, and performance outcomes.
• Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with end-to-end process optimization and AI-enabled transformation.
• Partner with executive leadership to define short- and long-term strategies to improve cash flow outcomes.
• Act as the senior decision authority for global process design, standards, controls, and governance.
