Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking a specialist with strong D365 SCM or Dynamics AX 2012 O2C expertise to design, configure and implement end-to-end O2C solutions, covering sales order management, pricing, credit, invoicing and customer settlement.

The role involves workshops, requirements capture, fit-gap analysis, and functional design work, plus collaboration with WMS for order holds, inventory reservation, and release to warehouse; you will also author configuration documents, test scripts and training

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in D365 SCM or Dynamics AX 2012 sales and distribution.
• At least two full-cycle implementations with O2C scope, one or more on D365.
• Hands-on configuration of sales orders, pricing, trade agreements, credit management, returns and invoicing.
• Experience writing functional documentation and resolving integration and test defects.

The team will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end O2C solutions, covering sales order management, pricing, credit management, invoicing, and customer settlement.
