Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Non-Inventory Buyer for the Global Procurement Central Services (GPCS) EMEA team. The role supports Fulfilment Centres with sourcing non-inventory goods and services, including packaging, safety equipment, and maintenance services, liaising with internal teams and vendors.

You will forecast demand, manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and drive cost savings while maintaining service levels across FCs in the cluster. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily forecasting and materials management for non-inventory packaging supplies.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and manage delivery schedules.
• Act as escalation point to ensure on-time deliveries and communicate with regional team.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage invoice queries and support process improvements for shipping supplies.
• Deliver procurement metrics: cost savings, stock availability, and project objectives.
