Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an AMZL Procurement Manager to lead centrally driven projects across UK Delivery Stations, including the Southwest region. You will manage supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver value-added procurement solutions.

The role involves end-to-end procurement processes, contract management, and executing UK-wide initiatives within a fast-paced, global team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, IT or any other procurement related career.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Experience in project/contract management
• Bachelor's Degree with Procurement or Supply Chain focus, or significant relevant Procurement experience

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs across assigned sites, ensuring requirements are justified through analysis and recommendations.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships across site operations, ensuring a high service level in terms of scope analysis, vendor negotiation on cost, lead times, and other key elements for local and regional projects.
• Utilise various applications and systems (Coupa, QuickSight) to provide accurate metrics, reporting, and data including supplier performance metrics.
