Job summary

Haleon plc. in London seeks a Global Next Gen Planning & Execution Manager to lead adoption of next-generation planning tools (Visualfabriq) and drive value realisation across Global, OU and Market teams.

You will shape backlog, manage deployments, and enable data-driven trade investments through advanced analytics. The role collaborates with the Global Customer Planning & Execution Director to deploy enhancements, ensure user adoption and align with revenue growth.

Qualifications

Experience with trade investment management systems and end-to-end commercial processes.
Knowledge of volume integration between Demand Planning and Sales teams and trade budgets.
Experience with JBP tools, pricing integration, and trade spend analytics.
Strong written and oral communication skills and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Product Development: gather, prioritise and document enhancement requests and process improvements.
Product Deployment: communicate upcoming enhancements to regional teams and manage user communications.
Product Adoption: run monthly Communities of Practice and grow global super-user engagement.
Product Issue Resolution: work with BAU teams to resolve end-user issues.
Product Documentation: maintain global process documents in line with delivery timelines.
Product Testing: test new features and perform regression testing and UAT.
Agentic AI: develop AI prompts in Visualfabriq to improve analysis and ROI.
