Haleon is seeking a Global Materials Strategy & Planning Manager to translate long-term production plans into a global material requirements strategy. You will align supplier capacity with business needs, create visibility for future demand, and drive centralized planning, RCCP, and IBP across regions.

You will partner with the Director, Global Planning to ensure capacity, demand and risk insights are embedded in the global S&OP/IBP cycle, leading with data-driven decisions and trade-offs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years' operational planning experience.
• In-depth knowledge of planning processes, SAP environment.
• Experience in a global and regional matrix organisation.
• Strong networking skills with stakeholders and partners.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and scenario-modelling skills.
• Strong financial acumen linking capacity to cost and margin.

Mansioni

• Translate the long-term finished goods plan into detailed material requirements by spend pool and OU.
• Develop material demand outlooks and scenarios in partnership with Procurement.
• Standardise material planning assumptions and methodologies across the organisation.
• Partner with Procurement to shape supplier volume allocation strategies where scale creates value.
• Work with suppliers and Procurement teams to align capacity investment and production plans with future demand.
• Lead material allocation strategies across plants, suppliers and regions when supply is constrained.
• Identify and mitigate sourcing risks and drive trade-offs in the S&OP/IBP cycle.
• Support strategic planning through S&OP and Integrated Business Planning.
