Haleon is seeking a Global Materials Strategy & Planning Manager to translate long-term finished goods plans into a unified material requirements strategy. You will link Global Planning and Procurement, create visibility of future demand, and unlock purchasing scale through integrated demand and supplier agreements.

In this role you will build global material planning, provide capacity-to-demand insights, and develop S&OP/IBP models to support decision-making and risk mitigation across regions

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Experience in global and regional matrix organisations.

Mansioni

• Translate LTCP into material requirements by spend pool and OU.
• Develop demand outlooks and scenarios with Procurement.
• Standardise material planning assumptions across the organisation.
• Partner with Procurement to shape supplier volume allocations.
• Lead material allocation strategies and mitigation during supply disruption.
• Support S&OP/IBP processes and strategic planning.
