Job summary

Haleon, based in London, seeks a Global Next Gen Planning & Execution Manager to drive adoption of next-gen planning tools (Visualfabriq) across Global, OU and Market teams. You will enable value realisation of platforms, influence behavioural change and improve commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include backlog management, deployment communications, user engagement and cross-functional collaboration with the Global Customer Planning & Execution Director.

Qualifications

• Experience with trade investment management systems and end-to-end commercial processes.
• Knowledge of volume planning, trade budgets and JBP tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective product or system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prioritise and document enhancement requests; maintain the backlog.
• Communicate enhancements to regional managers and prepare user communications.
• Run monthly communities of practice and drive user engagement.
• Investigate and resolve issues affecting global end users; assist with testing.
• Maintain global process documents and support UAT and AI-driven prompts.
