Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Global Value & Access Director, Neuroscience, to develop and drive global market access and pricing strategies for neuroscience assets. The role partners with affiliates and cross-functional teams to optimize access and demonstrate value to payers worldwide.

The successful candidate will lead payer value dossiers, pricing proposals and HTA interactions, while coordinating with HEOR and commercial teams to embed access insights into product plans.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Marketing Access and Pricing.
• Experience working on HTA submissions and knowledge of the global HTA landscape.
• Proven experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the execution of access, reimbursement, and pricing plans.
• Monitor market landscape for trends, opportunities and threats and derive insights for the products.
• Identify payer types and local needs to optimize market access outcomes over time.
• Partner with global pricing to develop pricing strategies addressing local challenges.
• Lead development and roll-out of tools like payer dossiers and cost calculators.
• Act as lead Value & Access representative on cross-functional teams to embed insights in plans.
• Work with HEOR to identify evidence gaps and make data-driven recommendations.
• Provide holistic support to affiliate market access teams for implementation.
• Coordinate projects with external consultants when needed.
• Communicate with leadership to align on key initiatives and deliverables.
