Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a visionary Head of Global Market Access and Pricing to lead the strategy for pricing, access and value across the HIV portfolio. You will collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Medical and regional teams to embed payer requirements early in asset development and product launches.

The role requires senior leadership of a global team, governance of price setting, and development of payer materials, evidence generation plans and access forecasts to optimise lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Health Economics, Economics or Business.
• Significant experience in Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Reimbursement, Policy, Commercial Strategy or related disciplines within multinational pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare organizations.
• Experience developing and implementing global or regional pricing and access strategies, with working knowledge of US payer and market access systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and matrix teams across multiple functions and geographies, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business decision-making.
• Experience generating payer insights and developing pricing and market access strategies, reimbursement submissions, health economic evidence packages, real-world evidence (RWE) studies, value dossiers, access forecasts, and launch plans.
• Experience delivering pricing, reimbursement, market access, or commercial objectives in complex global environments involving multiple stakeholders, markets, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio access and value strategy with global pricing and access plans.
• Partner with R&D, Commercial, Medical/HEOR, and Finance to embed payer insights early.
• Chair global Price Governance and monitor price maintenance.
• Develop differentiated payer value propositions and launch plans.
• Oversee region/local localization and launch risk mitigation.
• Drive digital, data and AI-enabled market access initiatives.
