Job summary

Papaya Global is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations, especially for contingent workforce programs. You will guide clients through end-to-end deployments, coordinating MSP stakeholders, VMS platforms, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, familiarity with Fieldglass/Beeline/VNDLY, and a track record of delivering high-impact implementations across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management or Sr. Project Management.
• Experience leading large, multi-faceted customer implementations in the contingent workforce.
• Knowledge of MSP delivery models and VMS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with focus on compliance, customer satisfaction, and workforce program success.
• Excellent communication across geographies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Join pre-sales to plan rollout for contingent workforce needs.
• Lead implementation of Papaya Global solutions for clients managing contingent labor.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.
• Serve as primary contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead weekly implementation meetings and produce executive-ready reports.
• Align requirements with Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Compliance.
• Ensure global compliance with contingent labor regulations.
• Monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to improving MSP/VMS implementation methodologies.
