Job summary

Vistex is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Solution Delivery to lead large project initiatives or multiple engagements for a single Vistex customer. The role centers on building client relationships and delivering assigned projects with thought leadership across technical and business processes.

This position requires extensive SAP experience, managing complex/s fixed‑price projects, and guiding implementation teams onsite while ensuring scope, budgets and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 5 years: SAP experience managing complex and fixed priced projects.
• 5+ years of SAP project management experience.
• SD, Order to Cash & Finance area.
• Experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle software implementations.
• Independent thinking with keen problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clients/projects at any given time.
• Assist in pre‑sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services.
• Assist with scoping and estimating project work.
• Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients.
• Identify appropriate consulting skills required for the projects.
• Onsite Lead for implementation project(s).
• Manage the SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests.
• Adhere to PMO processes and DM Manual documentation.
• Define deliverables, templates and standards for the project.
• Develop and manage detailed integrated project plans with milestones.
• Identify, track, and report project performance metrics.
• Manage issues/risks, scope, budgets and client expectations.
• First point of escalation for project related issues.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with client and stakeholders.
• Monitor budget to actual expenditures and headcount.
• Manage and maintain project financials.
• Develop knowledge of project implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior project managers and delivery managers.

Vistex Sr Project Manager, Solution Delivery will lead large project initiatives or manage multiple engagements for a single Vistex customer. The primary responsibility of this role is to build client relationships and successfully deliver the assigned projects. The Sr Project Manager will provide thought leadership across all technical and business process aspects for the engagements they manage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple clients /projects at any given time.
• Assist in pre‑sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services.
• Assist with scoping and estimating project work.
• Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients.
• Identify appropriate consulting skills required for the projects.
• Onsite Lead for implementation project(s).
• Manage the SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests (CR).
• Adhere to all documented PMO process and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation).
• Define deliverables, templates and standards for the project.
• Develop and manage detailed integrated project plan including project milestone and deliverables.
• Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client.
• Manage project issues/risks, scope, budgets and client expectations.
• First point of escalation for project related issues.
