Job summary

Nasstar is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee delivery of complex, high-risk projects from single-site to global deployments. This remote role requires ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets using industry best practices.

You will plan, monitor, and control scope, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple client engagements, collaborating with Nasstar departments and external parties to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ Project Management Experience.
• Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent & complex projects in an MSP environment.
• Knowledge of and experience delivering Microsoft technologies, solutions and services.
• Techniques for planning, monitoring and governance (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions).
• Track record delivering large and complex change programmes/projects.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management including C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality measures, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements.
• Owns, develops, and proactively monitors project plans.
• Consolidates and documents project scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and quality requirements.
• Controls project scope while aligning with customer expectations within the commercial model.
• Manages project documentation as the primary reference for tracking and audit purposes.
• Monitors budget, forecast and actual costs with early warning of deviations.
• Collaborates with finance to ensure timely revenue booking and cost forecasting.
• Develops resource allocation plans with Professional Services and other teams.
• Engages Nasstar departments and external parties on a matrix basis.
• Establishes governance for project delivery with clear roles and accountabilities.
