Job summary

AVEVA, based in Cambridge, UK, is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist for a hybrid role with 50% office time. The 12/18 month contract requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1–3 years in mobility, immigration, or related HR ops.

You will coordinate relocations, manage immigration services, and act as the primary contact for mobility processes, while collaborating with HR, payroll, and TA teams to support employees globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments.
• Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility program processes and requirements.
• Track mobility cases and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to facilitate employee mobility needs.
• Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and data within applicable systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on immigration, relocation, and mobility-related matters.
