Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist for Cambridge, UK, on a hybrid 50% office basis. The full-time fixed-term contract spans 12 to 18 months. The role centers on administering mobility programs, relocations, and immigration, while serving as the main contact for employees and internal stakeholders.

You will support collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to meet mobility needs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in mobility or HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments.
• Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility program processes and requirements.
• Track mobility cases and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to facilitate employee mobility needs.
• Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and data within applicable systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on immigration, relocation, and mobility-related matters.
