Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Administrator to support international relocations and assignments. You will coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and serve as the main point of contact for mobility processes.

The role requires 1–3 years in Global Mobility or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Workday. A UK focus and cross-functional collaboration are important in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• 1-3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of global mobility principles, including UK immigration requirements.
• Experience in supporting employee relocations within the United Kingdom and broader EMEA region.
• Knowledge of global immigration processes across the Americas and APAC regions is a plus.

• Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers
