Job summary

AVEVA in Cambridge, UK is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems like Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments.
• Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility program processes and requirements.
• Track mobility cases and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to facilitate employee mobility needs.
• Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and data within applicable systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on immigration, relocation, and mobility-related matters.
