AVEVA is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist for a maternity cover in Cambridge. This full-time, fixed-term role (12/18 months) is hybrid at 50% office time. You will manage relocations, international transfers, and coordinate immigration services, while partnering with HR, Payroll and Talent Acquisition.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years in global mobility or related fields, strong organization and communication skills, and experience with HRIS systems such as Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

• Support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments.
• Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility program processes and requirements.
• Track mobility cases and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to facilitate employee mobility needs.
• Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and data within applicable systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on immigration, relocation, and mobility-related matters.

• Experience in supporting employee relocations within the United Kingdom and broader EMEA region.
• Knowledge of global immigration processes across the Americas and APAC regions is a plus.
