Job summary

Howden is seeking a Global Mobility Analyst to join our Global Mobility team. You will own day-to-day delivery of the mobility programme, coordinating tax, immigration, payroll and relocation workstreams across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work with HR, employees and external advisers, ensuring cases progress compliantly and on time while developing our Centre of Excellence through data analysis and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven Global Mobility or expatriate tax experience with independent case ownership.
• Proficient in HR systems and data reporting for mobility activity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of the global mobility programme across all assignments and geographies.
• Build relationships with external tax, immigration and relocation advisers and manage SLAs.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees during international moves and provide guidance.
• Advise HR and business on mobility solutions, costs, timings and compliance.
• Provide regular mobility reporting to support budgeting, compliance and planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobility processes, systems and reporting.
• Support mobility technology implementation and analytics.
• Provide guidance on international mobility requirements and governance.
