Job summary

Howden Group is seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator to support its expanding international mobility program. The role focuses on smooth relocation experiences, documentation, case management, reporting and vendor coordination across regions.

You will manage mobility processes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive improvements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and exposure to a diverse, global mobility portfolio.

Qualifications

• Analytical approach to complex mobility cases.
• Strong coordination across processes, data and documentation.
• International HR or Global Mobility experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for mobility queries and ensure information is captured and resolved.
• Build relationships with HR teams, vendors and mobile employees.
• Coordinate international moves through the mobility lifecycle and meet milestones.
• Assist with annual compliance activities, ad-hoc projects and programme improvements.
• Support immigration review processes by coordinating documentation and advisor input.
• Prepare cost projections and documentation for assignments/transfers.
• Track assignment timelines and maintain mobility records.
• Monitor expiry dates for assignments, visas and certificates of coverage.
