Job summary

Howden is seeking a Global Mobility Analyst to manage day‑to‑day mobility operations across the globe, coordinating tax, immigration, payroll and relocation workstreams. You will engage with employees, HR and external advisers to ensure timely, compliant case progression.

The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to process improvements and governance of mobility policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Global Mobility, International HR or Expatriate Tax.
• Confident using HR systems, vendor platforms and spreadsheets to manage mobility activity and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of expatriate tax, payroll, social security, immigration and compliance for international work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery of global mobility across assignments and geographies.
• Coordinate with external advisers to ensure SLAs are met and guidance is provided.
• Advise HR on mobility solutions considering costs, timings and compliance.
