Job summary

The Hoxton is seeking a Director of MICE to lead global MICE sales strategy for its Hoxton hotels. Based in London, you will drive revenue, manage key accounts, and represent the brand at international tradeshows.

You’ll collaborate with On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue and Hotel Operations to maximize market share and accelerate growth across opening pipelines. A passion for hospitality and results-driven leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role.
• MICE experience essential; consortia experience preferable.
• Strong relationship builder with a collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about hotel sales and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to source, drive and grow revenue across the MICE segment for the global Hoxton hotel portfolio.
• Manage a pre-assigned portfolio of accounts, lead global negotiations and account management activities.
• Prospect new accounts to support global growth and represent The Hoxton at global tradeshows.
