Job summary

Minimum 5–7 years in merchandise, licensing, retail, marketing or commercial partnerships within motorsport or premium brands.
Proven leadership experience with responsibility for developing and leading direct reports.
Strong understanding of brand management, licensing, product development and retail operations.

Responsibilities

Own and lead global merchandise, retail, apparel and licensing strategy.
Collaborate with Directors to align initiatives with commercial and marketing objectives.
Develop revenue opportunities across merchandise and licensing.
Manage licensing partnerships and ensure brand compliance.
Oversee all licensee relationships and retail events strategy.
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
