Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd is seeking a commercially driven MLP Manager to define and execute the global Merchandise, Licensing & Partnerships strategy, strengthening brand equity and client engagement.

You will lead merchandise programmes, licensing opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with McLaren's luxury positioning, driving sustainable revenue across markets and ensuring flawless execution with central and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Brand Management or related discipline.
• Significant experience in merchandising, licensing, partnerships, or luxury brand management.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global MLP strategy across markets.
• Lead merchandise programmes, licensing opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with McLaren Racing to align objectives and maximise revenue.
• Coordinate across central, specialist and regional teams to ensure timely execution.
